Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of music, licenses, merchandise and services from Sounds by 24 Ltd. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please review our refund policy below: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. Refund and return eligibility

1.1. Refunds and returns for physical items including but not limited to T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Music CDs, Vinyl or any other goods which can be defined as merchandise:

a. Refunds and returns will only be issued for the following reasons: The product purchased is defective or unusable The wrong product was delivered The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product is in the original packaging.

b. Refunds and returns will not be issued for the following reasons: The product is a sale item: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

1.2. Refunds for digital music files and music use licenses: 

a. Refunds for digital music files (MP3/WAV as defined in the music industry), and music use licenses will only be issued for the following reasons: The product purchased is defective or unusable The wrong digital file and/or music license was delivered Accidental double-orders b. Refunds for digital music files (MP3/WAV as defined in the music industry), beat and music use licenses will not be issued for the following reasons: Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with the beat, music or digital file delivered to your email. Failure to read the product description or understand the music licensing terms. Customized beats or songs produced to your specifications are non-refundable once the production process has begun. Exclusive rights or work for hire made purchases are non-refundable once the license agreement has been signed.

2. Refund and return process

2.1. Refund process To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date, providing detailed information about the issue or reason for the refund request. We may request additional information or evidence to validate your refund request, such as audio recordings or screenshots demonstrating the issue with the music file or physical product. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If a refund is issued for a music license and digital file(s) purchase, your license to use that music will be terminated, and you must cease all use of the music in your projects.

2.2. Refund method: 

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase Refunds will typically be processed within 5 (five) business days of approval.

2.3. Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at [email protected]

2.3. Return process

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we have provided to you via our communications channel after your return and refund have been approved. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]  and we will provide you with an address to ship the product in order for it to be exchanged.

4. Gifts and gift cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Gift cards are non returnable and non-refundable.
