What is included in the license?
The license grants you the right to use the vocal tracks to create one (1) new song by adding your own instrumental production. You will receive high-quality WAV + MP3 files and you can distribute and sell your music online.
Can I use the vocal track for film, TV, ads, or video games?
No, this license does not allow synchronization to visual media. A separate agreement must be negotiated for such use.
Can I use the vocal track to create a sample pack?
No, unless you obtain written permission from the us, you cannot use the vocal track to produce or sell vocal sample packs.
Do I need to credit the original Artist?
Yes, our co-published author(s) must receive proper songwriting credit. The recording artist's name cannot be used in the title of your new song.
What happens if I exceed the usage limits?
You have 10 days to purchase an additional license to remain compliant. If you fail to do so, you will be liable for all earnings received from the excess usage.
